Řeháková, S. Migrantky ve vyšším středním věku na trhu práce České republiky. Bakalářská práce. Brno: Mendelova univerzita v Brně, 2022. Bakalářská práce se zabývá zaměstnáváním a diskriminací migrantek ve vyšším středním věku na českém trhu práce. Jejím cílem bylo analyzovat situaci v oblasti zaměstnávání těchto migrantek a formulovat doporučení na zlepšení této situace. Problematika byla zpracována pomocí analýzy dostupných sekundárních dat a dotazníku s otevřenými otázkami, na který odpovědělo celkem 13 respondentek. Výsledky shrnují nejčastější problémy, s nimiž se migrantky ve vyšším středním věku na českém trhu práce setkávají a mezi které patří jazyková bariéra či problém nalézt uplatnění v oboru vystudování. V reakci na ně jsou v závěru po-drobně popsána a vyčíslena jednotlivá doporučení, jež jsou rozdělena dle délky pobytu migrantek v České republice a která pomohou k jejich efektivnější integraci. The bachelor thesis deals with the employment and discrimination of upper middle aged migrant women in the Czech labour market. Its aim was to analyse the employment situation of these migrant women and to formulate recommendations for improving this situation. The issue was elaborated through the analysis of available secondary data and a questionnaire with open-ended questions, which was answered by a total of 13 respondents. The results summarise the most common problems encountered by upper middle aged migrant women on the Czech labour market, including language barriers and the problem of finding employment in the field of study. In response to these, the conclusion describes and quantifies the individual recommendations, which are divided according to the length of the migrant women's stay in the Czech Republic and which will help to integrate them more effectively.
