Tato práce řeší změny fyzikálních a hydrofyzikálních vlastnosti pseudogleje ve čtyřech variantách různých aplikovaných dávek chlévského hnoje. Pokusná lokalita se nachází na hranici obilnářské a pícninářské výrobní oblasti. Na každou variantu byla aplikovaná jiná dávka chlévského hnoje (0 tun/ha, 15 tun/ha, 30 tun/ha, 45 tun/ha). Byla vykopaná půdní sonda. Půdní profil byl popsán dle Souborné metodiky KPZP (Němeček 1967) s odebráním sypkých vzorků. Dále byly v šesti termínech odebrány neporušené vzorky do Kopeckého válečků z hloubek (střed válečků) 15 cm a 27 cm. Ze stejných hloubek byly odebrány i sypké vzorky. Ve variantě s nejvyšší aplikovanou dávkou chlévského hnoje byl stanoven průkazný pokles objemové hmotnosti vysušené půdy. V hloubce 15 cm na variantě 45 t byl zaznamenán průkazný nárůst pórovitosti, retenční vodní kapacity i kapilární vodní kapacity. Rozdíl struktury půdy mezi jednotlivými variantami však není průkazný vzhledem k heterogenitě pseudogleje. This thesis deals with the changes of physical and hydrophysical property of haplic stagnosol in four different variants of a farmyard manure application. The experimental location is situated on the border between the cereal and the forage production area. Different amounts of the farmyard manure (0 t/ha, 15 t/ha, 30 t/ha, 45 t/ha) were applied on each variant. The soil probe was dug out. The soil profile was described using the KPZP Comprehensive Methogology (Souborná metodika KPZP, Němeček, 1967) and the soil samples were taken. Then the core samples were taken into the Kopecky's cylinders from the depth (the centre of the cylinders) of 15 cm and 27 cm in six periods. The loose samples were taken from the same depths as well. A decrease of bulk density of dried soil was identified in the variant with the highest application of the farmyard manure. A growth of porosity, a water-holding capacity and a capillary water capacity were identified on the variant with 45 t of the farmyard manure in 15 cm depth. The difference of the soil structure between the variants is not reflective because of the heterogeneity of haplic stagnosol.
