Práce se zabývá vytvořením procesní analýzy vybraného neziskového subjektu Sojka – spolek mladých. Spolek je zaměřen na organizaci volnočasových aktivit pro děti a mládež, jež zahrnuje jejich sdružování za účelem společenského, kulturního a sportovního vyžití, vzdělávání a osobního rozvoje. Činnost subjektu směřuje k mezinárodní a mezigenerační spolupráci a k podpoře kontaktů se zahraniční mládeží. Hlavním cílem bakalářské práce je zhodnocení momentálního stavu organizace a na základě výsledků analýz a metod jsou identifikována možná rizika a hrozby. Následně jsou formulována doporučení a návrhy pro danou organizaci vedoucí k jejímu pozitivnímu vývoji. The thesis deals with the creation of a process analysis of a selected non-profit entity Sojka – spolek mladých. The association is focused on the organization of leisure activities for children and youth, which includes their association for social, cultural and sporting activities, education and personal development. The organization's activities are aimed at international and intergenerational cooperation and the support of contacts with foreign youth. The main goal of this bachelor thesis is to evaluate the current state of the organization and based on the results of analyzes and methods are identified possible risks and threats. Subsequently, recommendations and proposals are formulated for the organization leading to its positive development.
