Diplomová práce se zabývá polytechnickým vzděláváním prostřednictvím středisek volného času ve Středočeském a Jihomoravském kraji. Hlavním cílem práce je na základě analýzy bariér polytechnického vzdělávání navrhnout možnosti rozvoje polytechnického vzdělávání prostřednictvím činností středisek volného času. Diplomová práce nejdříve vymezuje základní pojmy související s polytechnickým vzdělávání a jeho ukotvení ve strategických dokumentech. Následně je charakterizováno zájmové území a jeho přístup k podpoře polytechnického vzdělávání. Stěžejní kapitolou práce je analýza bariér polytechnického vzdělávání, která prezentuje výsledky dotazníkového šetření a provedených polostrukturovaných rozhovorů se zástupci vybraných volnočasových zařízení. Na základě provedené analýzy jsou formulována doporučení a návrhy pro odbourání identifikovaných bariér, které brání rozvoji polytechnického vzdělávání ve střediscích volného času. The thesis deals with polytechnic education through leisure centres in the Central Bohemia and South Moravia regions. The main objective of the thesis is to propose possibilities of development of polytechnic education through the activities of leisure centres on the basis of the analysis of barriers to polytechnic education. The thesis first defines the basic concepts related to polytechnic education and its anchoring in strategic documents. Subsequently, the area of interest and its approach to the promotion of polytechnic education is characterised. The central chapter of the thesis is an analysis of barriers to polytechnic education, which presents the results of a questionnaire survey and semi-structured interviews conducted with representatives of selected leisure facilities. On the basis of the analysis, recommendations and suggestions are formulated to remove the identified barriers that hinder the development of polytechnic education in leisure centres.
