Práce je zaměřena na návrh dvoupodlažního rodinného domu na bázi dřeva určeného pro pobyt 4 osob a situovaného na konkrétní existující pozemek. Textová část se věnuje problematice podlahových konstrukcí na terénu, zejména pak volbě podlahové krytiny. Posouzení variant podlahových krytin je provedeno pomocí multikriteriální analýzy, která na základě kritérií vyhodnotí variantu nejvhodnější. Daná kritéria jsou tvořena vlastnostmi, pro něž se podlahové krytiny posuzují podle příslušných norem. The thesis is focused on design of two – storey family house building made on base of timber intended for 4 people and situated on particular, existing land. The text part deals with the issue of floor structures on terrain, especially it deals with the choice of floor covering. The assessment of variant of floor covering is made by means of multi – criteria analysis, that evaluates the most suitable variant based on criterias. These criteria are settled in by particular characteristics, for which mentioned floor coverings are assessed according to relevant standards.
