Diplomová práce se zabývá identifikací hlavních faktorů, které ovlivňují rozhodování studentů vysokých škol v Brně o nákupu v bezobalovom obchodě. Tyto faktory jsou identifikovány prostřednictvím dotazníkového šetření a individuálních hloubkových rozhovorů, za účelem lepšího porozumění chování spotřebitelů na vybraném trhu. Prostřednictvím stanovených hypotéz a Chí-kvadrát testu nezávislosti je zkoumána závislost mezi vybranými faktory, přičemž jsou porovnávány skupiny respondentů, kteří v bezobalovom obchodě nakupují a nenakupují. Na základě zjištěných skutečností jsou v závěru práce z marketingového hlediska uvedené návrhy a doporučení pro podniky působící na trhu bezobalových obchodů v Brně. The Thesis deals with the identification of the main factors influencing the decision-making of the university students in Brno when purchasing in a no-packaging store. These factors are identified through a questionnaire survey and individual in-depth interviews, in order to better understand the consumer behaviour in the selected market. The dependence between selected factors is examined using the established hypotheses and the Chi-square test of independence, while groups of respondents who buy and do not buy in a no-packaging store are compared. Based on the findings, there are suggestions and recommendations, from the marketing point of view, for companies operating in the market of no-packaging stores in Brno are stated at the end of the work.
