Bakalářská práce se zabývá mapováním různých přístupů k hodnocení efektivnosti a účinnosti inkluzivních projektů a programů s přihlédnutím k jejich finančním zdrojům. Díky studiu potřebných teoretických poznatků a kvalitativnímu výzkumu uskutečněném formou polostrukturovaných rozhovorů s experty v oblasti inkluze byly identifikované nejvíce efektivní a účinné projekty působící na Slovensku a v Česku a hlavní zásady těchto projektů. Pomocí studia projektové dokumentace a potřebných zdrojů byla následně vyhodnocena efektivnost vybraných projektů. Získané poznatky představovaly podklad pro zpracování vlastního návrhu projektu a doporučení týkajících se zlepšení efektivnosti a účinnosti projektů. This bachelor thesis's goal is to map out different approaches to evaluating the effectiveness and efficiency of inclusive projects and programs while taking their financial resources into account. The most effective and efficient projects in Slovakia and in the Czech Republic were selected based on an extensive research of theoretical knowledge and qualitative research in the form of semi-structured interviews with experts in the field of inclusion. Main principles of these projects were also identified. Thanks to the analysis of project documentation and all other necessary sources, the effectiveness along with the efficiency of these selected projects were evaluated. All the acquired knowledge was subsequently used to form recommendations concerning the improvement of both the efficiency and effectiveness of selected projects, while also forming the basis for my own original project proposal.
