Předmětem bakalářské práce "Faktory udržitelného rozvoje podniku" je identifikace a definice nejdůležitějších faktorů, které mají vliv na udržitelný rozvoj podniku. Úvodní část práce je zaměřena teoreticky na danou problematiku a věnuje se vymezení faktorů ovlivňujících udržitelnost podniku. V praktické části je podnik charakterizován a jsou zde uvedeny faktory ovlivňující udržitelný rozvoj zkoumaného podniku. Následně jsou uvedeny a vyhodnoceny výsledky provedených analýz. Závěrem práce je komplexní shrnutí, vyhodnocení a návrh doporučení pro zvýšení efektivity v oblasti udržitelného rozvoje zkoumaného podniku. The subject of the thesis "Factors of sustainable development of company" is identification and definition of most important factors, affecting sustainable development of company. The first part of thesis is focused on theoretical introduction to the issue and demarcation of factors, which are affecting sustainability of company. Practical part describes basic information about the company and methods applied to the surveyed company and results of analysis. The final part evaluates the work and makes a proposal recommendation, to increase effectiveness in the issue of sustainable development of surveyed company.
