This bachelor thesis focuses on the rights of Palestinian minors from the West Bank in relation with Israeli authorities based on International law. It will contrast the legal obligations contracted by the state of Israel through ratification of inter-national texts with the reality on the ground, from the Second Intifada onwards. The work will first be placed into a socio-political context before adressing all the major international legal texts ratified by the state of Israel related to the welfare of minors. It will then describe the concrete situation on the ground concerning Palestinian minors in the West Bank when being in contact with Israeli authorites. It will finally go through military amendments from the past decade targeting the improvement of the minor’s welfare, as well as criticism which has been made about it. Tato bakalářská práce se zaměřuje na práva nezletilých Palestinců ze Západního břehu Jordánu v souvislosti s izraelskými úřady na základě mezinárodního práva. Staví do kontrastu právní závazky smluvně sjednané státem Izrael prostřednic-tvím ratifikace mezinárodních textů a místní realitu, počínaje obdobím druhé intifády a dál. Nejprve je práce zasazena do společensko-politického kontextu a následně rozebírá všechny hlavní mezinárodní právní texty související s životními pod-mínkami nezletilých, které byly ratifikované státem Izrael. Poté popisuje konkré-tní situaci týkající se nezletilých Palestinců v místě Západního břehu Jordánu při kontaktu s izraelskými úřady. Nakonec se zaměří na vojenské úpravy vedoucí ke zlepšení životních podmínek nezletilých za poslední desetiletí a stejně tak i kritiku, která byla k těmto úpravám vznesena.
