Bakalářská práce je zaměřena na způsob komunikace ve výuce odborného výcviku z pohledu žáka oboru Kuchař. Práce je rozdělená na teoretickou a praktickou část. Cílem teoretické části je vymezit komunikaci z obecného hlediska a ostatní pojmy s komunikací spojené. Konkrétně se zaměřuje na komunikaci pedagogickou a sociální, formy komunikace, dále na komunikaci verbální, neverbální, komunikaci činem a účastníky výchovně-vzdělávacího procesu. Teoretická část využívá analýzy odborné literatury, srovnávání a syntézu teoretických poznatků z odborné literatury a internetových zdrojů. Cílem praktické části je zjistit, jak probíhá komunikace mezi učitelem odborného výcviku a žáky – jestli žáci dostávají od učitele prostor pro vyjádření svého vlastního názoru a zda jim učitel poskytuje zpětnou vazbu. Praktická část využívá výsledky dotazníkového šetření. Respondenty tvoří žáci 3. ročníku oboru Kuchař. Výsledky z dotazníkového šetření jsou zpracovány do tabulek a grafů. Bachelor thesis is focused on means of communication in teaching vocational training as seen by a student of the field “chef”. The thesis is divided into theoretical and practical parts. The aim of the theoretical part is to define communication from the general point of view and other concepts united with communication. It specifically focuses on pedagogical communication and social communication, forms of communication, verbal and nonverbal communication, communication by deed, and participants of the educational process. The theoretical part uses an analysis of the literature, comparison, and synthesis of theoretical knowledge of professional literature and internet sources. The target of the practical part is to find out how the communication between the teacher of professional training and students works. If the students have space for expressing their own opinion and if the teacher gives them feedback. The practical part uses the results of a questionnaire, which was answered by students of the third year of the field “chef”. The results of the questionnaire are processed into charts and graphs. The results are discussed and concluded. The recommendations for pedagogical practice follow.
