DANIHELOVÁ, A. Finanční transakce z pohledu převodních cen: Kaptivní pojištění. Bakalářská práce. Brno: Mendelova univerzita v Brně, 2022. Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá tématem kaptivního pojištění. Cílem práce bylo zhodnotit tento nový finanční nástroj, který je využíván spojenými osobami v rámci finančních transakcí. K naplnění cíle byla provedena identifikace rizik při stanovení obvyklé ceny. Dále byla k identifikace silných a slabých stránek kaptivního pojištění použita SWOT analýza. Na základě těchto analýz bylo provedeno zhodnocení samotného finančního nástroje a jeho aplikovatelnosti na území České republiky. Na závěr práce bylo uvedeno doporučení pro spojené osoby, které uvažují nad sjednáním kaptivního pojištění. DANIHELOVÁ, A. The aim of the thesis was to evaluate this new financial instrument that is used by related entities in financial transaction. To achieve the aim, the identification of risks in determining the usual price was carried out. Furthermore, a SWOT analysis was used to identify the strengths and weaknesses of captive insurance. Based on these analyses, an assessment as made of the financial instrument itself and its applicability to the territory of the Czech Republic. At the end of the thesis, recommendations for related entities who are thinking about arranging captive insurance were presented.
