Tato bakalářská práce pojednává o fortifikovaných vínech, jejich dlouholeté historii a upevňování pozice na českém trhu. Dále se tato práce zaměřuje na popsání základních metod fortifikace a objasnění několika konkrétních typů fortifikovaných vín. Další část této práce pojednává o legislativním zařazení těchto vín. V praktické části je popsáno hodnocení senzorických vlastností pěti vzorků vermutů. Následuje vyhodnocení dotazníkového šetření, zaměřené na obecné povědomí neodborné veřejnosti o fortifikovaných vínech. V závěru je shrnuto, jak jsou vnímána fortifikovaná vína na českém trhu a popsáno, zda hodnocené vzorky odpovídají charakteristikou fortifikovaným vínům. This bachelor thesis is focused on fortified wines, their history and strengthening their position on the Czech market. Furthermore, this work focuses on the description of basic methods of fortification and clarification of several specific types of fortified wines. The next part of this work is focused on the legislative classification of these types of wines. The practical part describes the evaluation of sensory properties of five samples of vermouths. The following is an evaluation of a questionnaire survey focused on the general awareness of the non-professional public about fortified wines. The following part is an evaluation of the sensory properties of five vermouth samples. In the end, it is summarized how fortified wines are perceived on the Czech market and described whether the evaluated samples correspond to the characteristics of fortified wines.
