Tato diplomová práce se zabývá významem welfare pro obyvatele České republiky. Teoretická část se v úvodu věnuje samotnému pojmu welfare, jeho vývoji a definici. Následně jsou v práci rozebrány jednotlivé technologie v chovu pro produkci konzumních vajec v souladu se směrnicí 1997/74/ES, která stanovuje minimální požadavky na ochranu nosnic. Dále se práce zabývá vlivem stájového mikroklimatu na úroveň welfare a řeší nejčastější problémy v chovech nosnic spojené s welfare. Praktická část této práce zkoumá především názory a postoje občanů České republiky k dobrým životním podmínkám v chovech zvířat. Bylo tak učiněno prostřednictvím dotazníkového šetření. Výsledky tohoto šetření jsou následně porovnávány s výzkumy, které se zabývaly podobnou problematikou v předešlých letech. This diploma thesis deals with the importance of welfare for the inhabitants of the Czech Republic. The theoretical part deals with the very concept of welfare, its development and definition. Subsequently, the work discusses the various technologies in breeding for the production of table eggs in accordance with Directive 1997/74 / EC, which sets minimum requirements for the protection of laying hens. Furthermore, the work deals with the influence of the stable microclimate on the level of welfare and solves the most common problems in laying hens associated with welfare. The practical part of this work examines mainly the views and attitudes of the citizens of the Czech Republic to welfare in animal husbandry. This was done through a questionnaire survey. The results of this survey are then compared with research that has dealt with similar issues in previous years.
