Hlavní myšlenkou této práce je navrhnutí totožného půdorysu rodinného domu, který se vybuduje ze dvou odlišných stavebních systémů a provede se porovnání klíčových faktorů. Pro srovnání jsem zvolil rámovou dřevostavbu a zdící systém Porotherm. Jako klíčové parametry jsem určil srovnání zastavěné a užitné plochy, rychlost výstavby, životnost staveb, ekologii, akumulační schopnost, akustické vlastnosti, cenu, požární odolnost. Jednotlivé parametry se v závěru přiřadí systému, který v dané oblasti dominuje. The main idea of this work is to design two identical houses that differ in the building system and make a comparison based on defined parameters. Chosen building systems are the frame wooden building and the Porotherm brick system. The key criteria used to compare the systems are built-up and usable space, construction speed, the durability of buildings, ecology, accumulation capabilities, acoustic attributes, price, and fire resistance. The individual parameters are evaluated at the end of the thesis and assigned to the building system that dominates it.
