Cílem diplomové práce je hodnocení udržitelného rozvoje obcí mikroregionu Ivančicko pomocí vybraných indikátorů. Pro oblast ekonomického pilíře byly zvoleny indikátory přijaté dotace, míra investic obce, index ekonomického zatížení a intenzita podnikatelské aktivity. V environmentální oblasti byly vybrány indikátory třídění komunálního odpadu, čištění odpadních vod, veřejné výdaje na ochranu životního prostředí a koeficient ekologické stability. Za indikátory sociálního pilíře byly zvoleny migrační saldo, podíl nezaměstnaných osob, saldo obyvatel a index stáří. Všechna zkoumaná data byla sledována v intervalu dvou let mezi roky 2010 až 2018. K souhrnnému zhodnocení je vypočítán kompozitní indikátor pro rok 2010 a 2018. Výsledky indikátorů jsou zahrnuty do SWOT analýzy, na jejímž základě jsou navrhována možná opatření vedoucí ke zlepšení situace rozvoje v mikroregionu. Mezi tato doporučení patří např. podpora vinařství, podpora turismu, zlepšení občanské vybavenosti, podpora podnikatelské aktivity, zapojení veřejnosti do ochrany ŽP, zajištění možnosti atraktivního bydlení či zkvalitnění sociálních služeb. The main goal of the thesis is to evaluate a sustainable development of villages within the Ivančice microregion, using specific indicators. Concerning the pillar of economics, indicators such as received funding, the extent of investments, the index of the economic burden, and an intensity of entrepreneurial activities were chosen. The chosen enviromental indicators were waste separation, sewage treatment, the public expenditure on protection of the environment and the environmental stability coefficient. The chosen social pillar indicators were the migration balance, the portion of unemployed citizens, the balance of the residents and the age index. All of the examined data have been observed in a two-year period between the years 2010 and 2018. For the sake of the overall evaluation, the composite indicator of the years 2010 and 2018 had been calculated. Results of the indicators have been included in a SWOT analysis, making the basis for suggestions of possible measures leading to an improvement of the situation regarding a developement in the microregion. Some of these suggestions are supoorting the viniculture, tourism, improving the local amenities, supporting the entrepreneurial activites, involving the public in the protection of the environment, providing the atractive housing possibility or improving the social service.
