This bachelor thesis deals with description of changes in quality and utilization of soil fund in the Czech Republic after 1993. The historical development since 1989 when big changes took place, especially in land ownership, is also mentioned for better understanding of the issue. The thesis also deals with processes of soil degradation, especially the risks of water and wind erosion, soil compaction, acidification and loss of primary organic matter. The core chapter analyzes changes in the soil fund from 1993-2017. Then it closer deals with the analysis of changes in the area of vineyards, hop fields and orchards in the territory of the Czech Republic. More detailed analysis describes changes in 3 different regions, such as the South Moravian Region, the Olomouc Region and the Vysočina Region. The growing interest in organic farming in the Czech Republic (12.03 % of acreage) is briefly mentioned. The last part deals with the changes that occurred after the accession of the Czech Republic to the European Union in 2004. Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá popisem změn z hlediska kvality a využívání půdního fondu v ČR po roce 1993. Pro lepší porozumění problematiky je rovněž zmíněn i historický vývoj od roku 1989, kdy došlo k rozsáhlým změnám zejména ve vlastnictví půdy. Práce se také věnuje procesům degradace půdy, zejména rizikům vodní a větrné eroze, utužení půd, acidifikace a úbytku primární organické hmoty. Stěžejní kapitola analyzuje změny v půdním fondu od roku 1993–2017. Blíže se pak věnuje analýze změn ve výměře vinic, chmelnic a ovocných sadů na území České Republiky. Podrobnější analýza popisuje změny ve 3 odlišných regionech, jimiž jsou Jihomoravský kraj, Olomoucký kraj a kraj Vysočina. Stručně je pojednáno o narůstajícím zájmu o organic farming v ČR (12.03% výměry). Poslední část se věnuje změnám, které nastaly po vstupu České Republiky do Evropské Unie v roce 2004.
