Kočí, K. Strategie marketingové komunikace Golfového resortu Jezera. Bakalářská práce. Brno: Mendelova univerzita v Brně, 2022. Tato bakalářská práce se zaměřuje na marketingovou komunikaci Golfového resortu Jezera. Jejím hlavním cílem je vytvoření nové komunikační strategii, které se dosáhne za pomoci pochopení spotřebitelského chovaní vybraného segmentu. V práci je zhodnocen současný stav resortu a jeho marketingové komunikace za pomoci vnitřní a vnější analýzy a na základě výsledků z dotazníkového šetření. Na závěr bakalářské práce je navržena nová strategie marketingové komunikace pro Golfový resort Jezera, která povede ke zlepšení komunikace se zákazníky a ke zvýšení návštěvnosti resortu. Celý návrh je doplněn o rozpočet strategie. Kočí, K. Marketing communication strategy of Golf resort Jezera. Bachelor thesis. Brno: Mendel University, 2022. This bachelor thesis focuses on the marketing communication of the Golf resort Jezera. Its main goal is to create a new communication strategy, which will be achieved by understanding the consumer behaviour of selected segment. The current state of department and its marketing communication is evaluated in the thesis with the help of internal and external analysis and based on the results of the questionnaire survey. At the end of the bachelor’s thesis, a new marketing communication strategy for the Golf resort Jezera is proposed, which. will lead to improved communication with customers and to an increase in the resort’s attendance. The whole proposal is supplemented by the strategy budget.
