Předkládaná bakalářská práce se zabývá rozborem současného stavu vybraného území nacházejícího se v katastrálních územích Malhostovice a Kuřim, v procesu pozemkových úprav pro vybudování dálnice D43. V literárním přehledu jsou vymezeny základní pojmy, charakteristika, cíle a formy pozemkových úprav. Těžištěm této práce bude rozbor současného stavu vybraného území pro řešení komplexní pozemkové úpravy. V praktické části je řešena problematika trasování budoucí dálnice D43 na území Jihomoravského kraje, a to varianta tzv. „Německá“ a „Optimalizovaná MŽP“. V rámci práce byla použita data poskytnutá Ředitelstvím silnic a dálnic a Českým úřadem zeměměřickým a katastrálním. Podle vypracovaných výsledků bylo trasování dálnice D43 zhodnoceno v procesu pozemkových úprav a vlivu na životní prostředí. Snahou bylo rovněž podrobit navrhované pozemkové úpravy případné kritice i vyvození úvah do budoucna. The presented bachelor thesis deals with the analysis of the current state of the selected area located in the cadastral areas of Malhostovice and Kuřim, in the process of landscaping for the construction of the D43 motorway. The literature review defines the basic concepts, characteristics, objectives and forms of landscaping. The focus of this work will be an analysis of the current state of the selected area for the solution of complex landscaping. The practical part address the issue of tracing the future D43 highway in the South Moravian Region, namely the variant of the so-called "German" and "Optimized Ministry of the Environment". The data provided by the Directorate of Roads and Motorways and the Czech Surveying and Cadastre Office were used in the work. According to the results, the tracing of the D43 highway was evaluated in the process of landscaping and the impact on the environment. The effort was also to subject the proposed land consolidation to possible criticism and derivation for the future.
