Bakalářská práce se zabývá problematikou možnosti odpočtu úroků z úvěru na bytovou potřebu. Cílem práce je zanalyzovat dopad tohoto odpočtu na státní rozpočet a daňového poplatníka. The bachelor thesis deals with the questions of possibility to deduct interest from a loan on housing needs. The goal of the thesis is to analyze the impact of the deduction on the state budget and on a taxpayer.
