Usnadnění orientace v online nabídce cestovního ruchu pro osoby s nižší informační gramotností. Bakalářská práce. Brno: Mendelova univerzita v Brně, 2016. Bakalářská práce se zabývá problematikou usnadnění orientace osob, které mají nižší zkušenosti s užíváním informačních a komunikačních technologií, v nabídce cestovního ruchu umístěné na síti internet. Práce je zaměřená na segment starších osob a jejich schopnost porozumět funkci a použití informačně-rezervačních systémů. Teoretická část se věnuje integraci informačních a komunikačních technologií do oblasti cestovního ruchu a rozsahu využívání těchto technologií osobami vyšší věkové kategorie. Pozornost je věnována rozdílům v počítačové gramotnosti mezi lidmi s rozličnými vlastnostmi a možnostmi. Na základě shromážděných informací o použitelnosti webových stránek jsou navržena řešení pro usnadnění orientace seniorů v oblasti online nabídky cestovního ruchu. Facilitation of guidance in online tourism offering for people with lesser digital literacy. Bachelor thesis. Brno: Mendel University, 2016. This bachelor thesis deals with issues about facilitating internet-based tourism supply to individuals with less experience with information and communication technologies. The thesis is based on dealing with older people and their capabilities of understanding the use and role of information-reservation systems. Con-ceptual part of this thesis deals with integration of information and communication technologies into area of tourism and the extent of the use of these technolo-gies by people of higher age. Special focus is set to differences in the digital literacy of people with various characteristics and options. The solutions based on gathered information about usability of web pages are proposed to facilitate seniors orientation in the area of online tourism offers.
