Cílem bakalářské práce je navrhnout vybrané společnosti úpravu procesů se zaměřením na způsoby distribuce zdravotnických prostředků na základě zásad udržitelnosti. Firma je analyzována na základě SWOT analýzy, s využitím PESTE analýzy a Porterovy analýzy tržních sil. K posouzení vnitřního stavu firmy je využita analýza 5 klíčových faktorů se zaměřením na environmentální stránku firmy. Zároveň se bakalářská práce zaměřuje na přepočet uhlíkové stopy firmy. Na základě posouzení současného stavu jsou navržena a kvantifikována doporučení, která by firma mohla uplatnit k začlenění oběhového hospodářství do svých procesů a ke snížení uhlíkové stopy. The aim of the bachelor thesis is to propose to the selected company a process modification, focusing on the distribution of medical devices, based on sustainability principles. The firm is analysed based on SWOT analysis, using PESTE analysis and Porter's five forces analysis. An analysis Principle of five key factors is used to assess the internal state of the firm, focusing on the environmental side of the firm. At the same time, the bachelor thesis also focuses on the calculation of the firm's carbon footprint. Based on the assessment of the current situation, recommendations are proposed and quantified that the firm could apply to incorporate the circular economy into its processes and to reduce its carbon footprint.
