Tato bakalářská práce je zaměřena na jednotlivé činnosti třídního učitele ve třídě střední školy. Charakterizuje kompetence a role třídního učitele, líčí důležitost výchovného působení třídního učitele na žáka, na jeho sociální a osobnostní rozvoj. Popisuje nezbytnou spolupráci učitele s žáky, rodiči, vedením školy a poradenskými pracovníky. Dále jsou zde vymezeny práva a povinnosti třídního učitele vyplývající z legislativy. Tato práce se zabývá i nezbytnou administrativní činností třídního učitele a dále se zaměřuje na konfliktní situace ve třídě střední školy a jejich řešení třídním učitelem. V praktické části byli osloveni tři vybraní třídní učitelé z Východočeského kraje, kteří pro účely této bakalářské práce poskytli řešitelce polostrukturovaný rozhovor. Cílem rozhovoru bylo získat kvalitativní data týkající se práce třídních učitelů, jejich vnímání samotné funkce a nalezení pozitiv i negativ této funkce. This work is focused on individual business class teacher in a high school classroom. It characterizes the competence and role of class teacher, depicts the importance of the educational impact of the teacher on the student of social and personal development. Describes the necessary cooperation teachers with pupils , parents, school staff and counselors. There are also defined rights and obligations arising from the class teacher legislation. This paper deals with the necessary administrative activities of the class teacher and focuses on conflict situations in the class of high school and their solutions class teacher. In the practical part, they were approached by three selected class teachers from the East region, which for the purposes of this thesis provided the researcher semistructured interview. The aim of the interview was to obtain qualitative data related to the work of class teachers, their perception of the function itself and finding the positives and negatives of this feature.
