Diplomová práce je zaměřena na fondy kolektivního investování, respektive podílové fondy a ETF fondy. V teoretické části práce jsou vysvětleny principy fungování jednotlivých typů fondů, jejich výhody, nevýhody a různé členění na základě české legislativy. V praktické části práce je využita metoda komparace a analýzy, pomocí které jsou vyhodnoceny jednotlivé fondy ve třech investičních horizontech. Fondy se orientují na akce, které investují do evropských společností. Na základě výsledků empirické části jsou stanoveny vhodné doporučení pro různé typy investorů. The diploma thesis is focused on collective investment funds, respectively mutual funds and ETFs. The theoretical part of the thesis explains the principles of operation of various types of funds, their advantages, disadvantages and various divisions based on Czech legislation. The practical part of the thesis uses the method of comparison and analysis, which is used to evaluate individual funds in three investment horizons. The funds focus on stocks that invest in European companies. Based on the results of the empirical part, suitable recommendations for various types of investors are determined.
