Tato diplomová práce se zaobírá monitoringem vybraných provozovatelů ubytovacích a stravovacích zařízení v blízkosti Národního parku Podyjí. Během srpna roku 2019 proběhl sběr dat na území parku, kdy hlavním cílem výzkumu bylo vytvořit ucelený přehled zařízení s popisem služeb, které nabízejí a zároveň zachytit vliv parku na činnost podnikatelů. V rámci teoretické části je pozornost věnována ochraně přírody a krajiny se zaměřením na zvláštní územní ochranu. V následujících kapitolách se práce věnuje udržitelnému cestovnímu ruchu a cestovnímu ruchu v chráněných oblastech. V praktické části jsou představeny jednotlivé podniky, které se nachází na území a dále jsou zde prezentovány výsledky sběru dat z osobního dotazování. This diploma thesis deals with the monitoring of selected operators of accommodation and catering facilities near the Podyjí National Park. Data was collected on the territory of the park during August 2019. The main objective of the research was to create a compre-hensive overview of the facilities, describe their service offer, at the same time to capture the impact of the park on business activities. The theoretical part deals with the protection of nature and landscape with a focus on special territorial protection. In the following chapters the work is devoted to sustaina-ble tourism and tourism in protected areas. In the practical part are introduced individual companies, which are located in the territory and there are presented the results of perso-nal data collection.
