Diplomová práce Převedení položek genofondu rodu Achillea L. (řebříček) z polní do semenné kolekce genetických zdrojů léčivých rostlin je zaměřena především na možnosti získání semen z 6 vybraných položek polní kolekce genofondu rodu Achillea L., který se nachází v Lednici na pozemcích ZF MENDELU v areálu Mendelea. U těchto 6 položek byla provedena prostorová izolace na počátku kvetení. Následně byly tyto položky zpracovávány za účelem získání osiva v co nejvyšší čistotě. Zaměřuje se také na biotické a abiotické faktory ovlivňující výnos osiva. Práce se tedy věnuje především semenářství. Součástí práce je však také morfologické a biochemické hodnocení vybraných položek genofondu, jež navazuje na předchozí práce. U vybraných položek proběhlo morfologické hodnocení na základě 5 definovaných deskriptorů. Biochemické hodnocení spočívalo ve stanovení obsahu silice v nati a květenství a ve stanovení obsahu chamazulenu v nati. Celkem bylo tedy použito 8 deskriptorů. The diploma thesis Transfer of gene pool items of the genus Achillea L. (yarrow) from the field to the seed collection of genetic resources of medicinal plants is mainly focused on the possibility of obtaining seeds from 6 selected items of the field collection of the gene pool of the genus Achillea L., which is located in Lednice on the grounds of ZF MENDELU in the Mendeleum area. These 6 items were spatially isolated at the beginning of flowering. Then, these items were processed for obtain the seed in the highest purity. It also focuses on biotic and abiotic factors affecting seed yield. The thesis is therefore primarily devoted to seed production. However, the thesis also includes a morphological and biochemical evaluation of selected items of the gene pool, which follows on from previous researches. The selected items were morphologically evaluated based on 5 descriptors. Biochemical evaluation consisted in determining the content of essential oil in the stem and inflorescence and in determining the content of chamazulene in the stem. So a total of 8 descriptors were used.
