Tato bakalářská práce s názvem Anatomie a vybrané onemocnění koňských kopyt je rozdělena do tří hlavních kapitol. V první kapitole se zabývá popisem jednotlivých anatomických a morfologických struktur kopyta, která zahrnuje vnitřní a vnější části. Součástí této kapitoly je také význam a funkce kopytního mechanismu. V druhé kapitole se práce zabývá nejdůležitějšími faktory působících na kvalitu kopytní rohoviny včetně současných a novodobých poznatků, jako je management, výživa ve vztahu ke kopytu, hydratace a základní péče o kopyta. Poslední kapitola je věnovaná nejčastějších chorobách koňských kopyt – laminitidě, podotrochlóze, onemocnění bílé čáry a hnilobě kopyt, včetně charakteristiky, příčin a nejnovějším metodám léčby. This bachelor thesis entitled Anatomy and selected diseases of equine hooves is divided into three main chapters. The first chapter deals with the description of individual anatomical and morphological structures of the hoof, which includes internal and external parts. This chapter also includes the meaning and function of the hoof mechanism. In the second chapter, the work deals with the most important factors affecting the quality of the hoof horn, including current and modern knowledge, such as management, nutrition in relation to the hoof, hydration and basic care of the hoof. The last chapter is devoted to the most common diseases of equine hooves – laminitis, podotrochlosis, white line disease and thrush, including characteristics, causes and the latest methods of treatment.
