[cze][eng] Bakalářská práce se věnuje první etapě v kariéře učitele a popisuje problémy, se kterými se setkávají. Předkládaná práce se zaměřuje na identifikaci problémů, které jsou typické pro období prvních dvou let, a je nutné, aby je začínající učitel zvládl a překonal. Cílem teoretické části je definovat základní pojmy související s danou tematikou, kterými jsou vymezení učitelské profese a jejich vývojových stádií, vymezení pojmů učitel a začínající učitel. Teoretická část práce se zabývá problémy spojenými se sociální rolí, sebepojetím, s didaktickou činností učitele a věnuje se uvádějícímu učiteli. Metodami použitými pro zpracování teoretické části je studium odborných literárních zdrojů, tvorba výpisků a jejich analýza, srovnávání a syntéza. Cílem praktické části je identifikovat, s jakými problémy se začínající učitel setkává. Pro naplnění cíle je použit kvalitativní výzkumný design, metodou sběru dat je polostrukturovaný rozhovor se začínajícími učiteli středních škol s praxí do dvou let. Analýza dat je provedena otevřeným kódování a následnou kategorizací. Doporučení pro pedagogickou praxi obsahuje, na základě zjištění průzkumného šetření, možné návrhy ke zlepšení situace začínajících učitelů. Data mohou sloužit též vedoucím pracovníkům, či uvádějícím učitelům.Bachelor's thesis focuses on the first stage in a teacher's career, and describes the problems they have to face. Presented work focuses on identifying problems that are typical for the first two years of his career, and it is necessary that a beginning teacher will manage and overcome them. The aim of the theoretical part is to define the basic concepts related to specific themes, such as definition of the teaching profession and their developmental stages, definitions teachers and teacher beginner. This part also deals with issues related to social roles, self-concept, with didactic activities, and focuses on mentoring. Methods used for processing the theoretical part is a study of professional literature sources, creation of extracts and their analysis, comparison and synthesis. The aim of practical part is to identify what problems are beginning teacher encounters. The goal is fulfilled by qualitative research design, data collection method is a semi-structured interview with beginning teachers of secondary schools with up to two years of practical experience. Data analysis is performed by an open encoding and categorizations. Recommendations for teaching practice contains, based on the results of an interviews, possible proposals to improve the situation of beginning teachers. The data can also serve school directors, mentors of beginning teachers or teachers indicating.
