Tato diplomová práce se zabývá komplexním vývojem hybridní mobilní aplikace pro společnost ALVAO. r. o., jejímž cílem je usnadnění práce řešitelem ve stávajícím helpdeskovém systému ALVAO Service Desk. Práce se v teoretické části zabývá problematikou multiplatformního vývoje mobilních aplikací, jeho porovnáním s nativním přístupem k vývoji a následným porovnáním tří moderních frameworků používaných pro moderní hybridní vývoj. Tato část slouží jako základ pro praktickou část, která pojednává o hlavních problémech spojených s vývojem reálné mobilní aplikace, od analýzy požadavků zadavatele, přes návrh architektury a uživatelského rozhraní, až po samotnou implementaci, integraci s webovým rozhraním ALVAO Service Desk Enterprise API a testování finální aplikace. Main goal of this thesis is the complex development of a hybrid mobile application for the company ALVAO s. r. o., the aim of which is to facilitate the work of the solver in the existing helpdesk system ALVAO Service Desk. The theoretical part of this thesis describes problems and issues of multiplatform development of mobile applications, comparison with the native development approach and subsequent comparison of three modern frameworks and technologies used for modern cross-platform development. Theoretical part serves as a basis for the practical part, which describes main problems associated with the development of a real mobile application, from the analysis of client requirements, through the design of architecture and user interface, to the actual implementation, integration with ALVAO Service Desk Enterprise API and testing of the final application.
