Téma bakalářské práce je návrh energeticky úsporné dřevostavby rodinného domu, s cílem splnění standardu téměř nulové budovy. Objekt je navržený pro tříčlennou rodinu s výhledem až na 5člennou. Jedná se o dvougenerační domek za použití rámové konstrukce, nepodsklepený. Práce se dělí na textovou a výkresovou část. Textová část se zabývá obecnou problematikou staveb na bázi dřeva za použití rámové konstrukce, vysvětlením hlavních kritérií pro energeticky úsporné dřevostavby a problematikou větrání. Součástí práce je posouzení skladby obvodového pláště z tepelně technického hlediska, výpočet tepelné ztráty objektu a následný návrh odpovídající technologie pro větrání a vytápění, technický popis a samotný návrh dřevostavby. Výkresová část obsahuje dokumentaci pro stavební řízení dle platné legislativy a specifikace částí konstrukce. The theme of the bachelor thesis is the design of an energy-efficient woodwork of a family home with the aim of meeting the near zero building standard. The building is designed for a family of three with a view of up to 5. It is a two-generation house using a frame structure, without a basement. The work is divided into text and drawing sections. The text part deals with the general issues of wood-based buildings using a frame structure, an explanation of the main criteria for energy-efficient wooden buildings and the issue of ventilation. Part of the work is the assessment of the composition of the perimeter cladding from a thermal technical point of view, calculation of heat loss of the building and subsequent design of appropriate technology for ventilation and heating, technical description and the design of the wooden building. The drawing part contains documentation for construction proceedings according to valid legislation and specifications of construction parts.
