Cílem bakalářské práce je zhodnocení nákladů zakázek ve strojírenském podniku a navrhnout finančně nejvýhodnější variantu vstupů daného druhu zakázky. Práce je rozdělena na dvě části. Teoretická část se věnuje nákladům, kalkulacím a finanční analýze. Praktická část se zabývá analýzou nákladů zakázek společnosti a následné identifikaci problémových oblastí. Pro podnik je navrhnuta optimální varianta, která zredukuje nepříznivě ovlivňující náklady vstupů daného druhu zakázky. The aim of bachelor thesis is to evaluate the costs of commissions in an engineer-ing company and to propose the most financially advantageous variant of inputs of a given commission type. The thesis is divided into two parts. The theoretical part deals with costs, calculations and financial analysis. The practical part deals with the cost analysis of company’s commissions and the subsequent identification of problem areas. An optimal variant is proposed for the company, which reduces negative costs of inputs of a given commission type.
