Bakalářská práce „Analýza faktorů ovlivňující rentabilitu založení a provozu vinařství“ se zabývá komplexním posouzením všech hlavních nákladů nutných pro založení a provoz nového středně velkého vinařského podniku. Na základě odhadovaných nákladů a výnosů je sestaven zjednodušený výkaz zisků a ztrát a dlouhodobý finanční plán. Následuje analýza tohoto dlouhodobého finančního plánu a souvisejících podnikatelských rizik. Bachelor thesis „Analysis of the factors influencing the profitability of establishing and operating the winery" includes the complex assessment of all main costs related to establishing and operating the new middle-size wine making company. Based on estimated costs and revenues the simplified profit and loss statement as well as the long term financial plan is prepared. Following are the analysis of this long term financial plan and related business risks.
