V úvodní části práce je popsána problematika zakládání staveb a jsou zde popsány typy základů obecně pro různé typy horní stavby. Ve výsledcích práce jsou detailně popsány 2 typy založení dřevostavby, použití stavebních strojů, materiálů základů, konstrukčních spojů a také podrobný popis od prvních úkonů na stavbě po předání spodní stavby stavebníkovi. Součástí teoretické části práce je také předběžný výpočet základových konstrukcí na základě vybrané zeminy a na základě vybraného konstrukčního řešení, který byl použit ve projektové dokumentaci. Byly také stanoveny hodnoty součinitelů prostupu tepla na obálce budovy. In the introductory part of the thesis, the problematics of buildings foundation as well as the types of foundations for differential types of upper buildings in general are described. In the outcomes of the thesis, there are in detail described two types of a wooden house foundation, the application of structural machines, foundation materials, constructional joints appended of a detailed description from the first action done on the building to the sole handover of the lower building to the builder. The theoretical part of the thesis is accompanied by a preliminary calculation of foundation constructions based on both the selected soil and chosen construction solution which was used in drawing documentation. Furthermore, the values of thermal transmittance coefficients on the building cover were designated.
