Práce zpracovává problematiku rozárií. Zabývá se jejich vznikem a specifickými vlastnostmi, jako je například s nimi spojená péče či prezentace výsadeb. Součástí práce je vytvoření typologie rozárií na základě jejich vzájemných odlišností. Dále se práce věnuje růžím, jako základnímu stavebnímu prvku rozárií. Důraz je kladen na kategorizaci sortimentu růží dle uživatelského potenciálu a různé způsoby jejich použití. Jsou vymezena specifika odlišující růže od ostatních skupin rostlin. Ty spočívají v odlišných pěstitelských požadavcích, nutné technické infrastruktuře či kombinacích s dalšími rostlinami. Na základě těchto vstupních údajů je vytvořen ideový návrh rozária ve dvou typech prostor, v současném a historickém. Jako modelové objekty jsou vybrány: růžová zahrada při středověkém hradu Svojanov a sortimentální výsadba českých odrůd růží při Botanické zahradě AV ČR na Chotobuzi. The diploma thesis is focused on issue of rose gardens. It is looking into their origins and specific characteristics such as presentation or maintenance. New typology of rose gardens is established there on the basis of their mutual differences. Roses are also important part of this work as a basic structural element of rose gardens. The emphasis is placed on the categorization assortment of roses according to user potential and different ways of using them. There are also defined specifics distinguishing roses from other groups of plants. They lie in different growing requirements, necessary technical infrastructure or combination with other plants. Based on these gained information there is create idea project of rose garden in two types of spaces: historical and contemporary. As a model objects are chosen rose garden in medieval castle Svojanov and assortment planting of Czech varieties of roses in Botanical garden AV ČR in Chotobuz.
