Bakalářská práce je zaměřena na vakcinační schémata vybraných tří zemí, České republiky, Izraele a Velké Británie boje proti nemoci Covid-19. Toto onemocnění se poprvé vyskytlo v čínském Wu-Chanu koncem roku 2019. Kromě krátkého popisu onemocnění, jeho původce a jeho hlavních mutací se tato bakalářská práce zabývá vakcinací jako hlavní ochranou proti onemocnění, vývojem a schvalovacím procesem vakcín regulačními (lékovými) agenturami. Práce také popisuje nejznámější postvakcinační vedlejší účinky. Každá z vybraných zemí měla svůj plán a cíl vakcinační kampaně. Tato práce se snaží analyzovat jednotlivé plány a vyhodnotit ten nejvýhodnější. The bachelor thesis is focused on vaccination schedules of three selected countries, the Czech Republic, Israel and the United Kingdom of the fight against Covid-19 disease. The disease was first occurred in Wuhan, China in late 2019. Among a brief description of the disease, the virus and its major mutations, this bachelor thesis deals with vaccination as the main protection against this disease, the development and approval process of vaccines by regulatory (drug) agencies. The work also describes the most frequent post-vaccination side effects. Each of these mentioned countries had its own plan and goal of the vaccination campaign. This work tries to analyze these individual plans and evaluate the most suitable one.
