Bakalářská práce se zabývá manažerskou prací a fluktuací. Cílem bakalářské práce je zjistit jakými způsoby manažeři ovlivňují zaměstnance a jejich preference zůstat či opustit firmu. Práce se skládá z teoretické a praktické části, přičemž teoretická část je napsaná na základě odborné literatury. Praktická část je vypracována na základě dvou polostrukturovaných rozvorů s manažery, kteří se podělili o svoje zkušenosti z praxe. Bachelor thesis occupies with management and fluctuation. The goal of bachelor thesis is to find out how managers affect employees and their preferences to stay or leave the company. Thesis is composed of theoretical and practical part, while theoretical part is based on scientific literature. Practical part is based on two semi-structured interviews with managers, who shared their practical experience.
