Šáchová, P. Řízení nákladů společnosti Ramet, a.s. Bakalářská práce. Brno: Mende-lova univerzita v Brně, 2016. Bakalářská práce pojednává o řízení nákladů společnosti Ramet, a.s. Tato práce je rozdělena na dvě části. V první části jsou za pomoci dostupné odborné litera-tury vymezeny teoretické základy o rozčlenění nákladů, druhové tříděné, třídění v závislosti na objemu, dále popsány kalkulace, bod zvratu a finanční páka. Následně v části vlastní práce jsou použity teoretické znalosti a přímo aplikovány na danou společnost. Nejprve začíná práce obeznámením se se společností a její základ-ní charakteristiky. Poté za pomoci veřejně dostupných dokumentů a interních zdrojů společnosti rozčleněny náklady na druhové a náklady podle objemu výroby a následně provedeny jejich vertikální a horizontální analýzy. Dále jsou také vypočteny body zvratu pro jednotlivá období a hodnocení finanční výkonnosti podniku. Šáchová, P. Ramet Cost Management Company, Inc. Bachelor thesis. Brno: Mende-manifold University in Brno, 2016. Thesis is about the cost management company Ramet, Inc. This work is divid-ed into two parts. Part of the literature review and their own work. The first part with the help of available literature defined the theoretical foundations of the breakdown of costs, generic sort, depending on volume, described further calcula-tions, the tipping point, and financial leverage. Subsequently, under their own work they are used theoretical and applied directly to the company. First, the work begins with becoming familiar with the company and its basic characteristics. Sub-sequently, with the aid of publicly available documents and internal resources of the company divided the costs of generic and expenses by production volume and subsequently made their vertical and horizontal analysis. Furthermore, they are also calculated break-even point for each period and evaluate the financial perfor-mance of the company.
