Diplomová práce zaměřená na stanovení hodnoty společnosti VINAŘSTVÍ MIKROSVÍN MIKULOV a.s. Stanovení hodnoty společnosti předchází podrobná strategická a finanční analýza, která slouží jakožto podklad pro stanovení výsledné hodnoty. Všechny dílčí kroky jsou podloženy literárními zdroji, které jsou přehledně seřazeny v literární rešerši. Práce obsahuje množství tabelárních a grafických výstupů, které slouží pro přehledné zobrazení jednotlivých kroků. V práci je vložen i mapový výstup, který zobrazuje konkurenční vinařství v okolí oceňovaného podniku. Pro stanovení samotné hodnoty společnosti jsou použity dvě metody. První metodou je DCF - entity, která vychází z peněžních toků do firmy. Druhou metodou je EVA, což je metoda na bázi ekonomické přidané hodnoty. The diploma thesis is focused on the determination of the value of the company VINAŘSTVÍ MIKROSVÍN MIKULOV, a. s. The value is placed on the preceded detailed strategic and financial analysis that serves as a basis for determining the final value. All the individual steps are based on the literary sources that are clearly arranged in the literature search. The work contains the number of tabular and graphical outputs that are used for displaying the clear presentation. The mapping output is also an important part of this work and it shows the competitive wine-makings in the surroundings. Two methods have been used to determine the actual value of the company. The first method is DCF - an entity that is based on the cash flows to the firm. The second method is EVA, a method based on economic value added.
