Bakalářská práce se zabývá tématikou regenerace zemědělských brownfields na území Moravskoslezského kraje. Teoretická část práce definuje pojem brownfields v českém a zahraničním prostředí, vznik brownfields a jejich typologii. Detailně popisuje průběh procesu regenerace a zapojení zainteresovaných osob. Dále představuje hlavní faktory a bariéry, které ovlivňují úspěšnost regenerace brownfields. Konkrétněji se také zabývá historii zemědělských brownfields Empirická část je zaměřena na analýzu současného stavu brownfields v Moravskoslezském kraji. Za pomocí polostrukturovaných kvalitativních rozhovorů s aktéry úspěšně realizovaných brownfield jsou představeny dvě případové lokality. Z výsledného šetření byly odvozeny hlavní faktory a překážky, které ovlivňují úspěšnost regenerace brownfields na území Moravskoslezského kraje. Na závěr jsou také představena možná opatření a postupy pro další regenerace. The bachelor's thesis deals with the topic of regeneration of agricultural brownfields in the Moravian-Silesian region. The theoretical part of the thesis defines the concept of brownfields in the Czech and foreign environment, the origin of brownfields and their typology. It describes in detail the course of the regeneration process and the involvement of stakeholders. It also presents the main factors and barriers that affect the success of brownfields regeneration. More specifically, it also deals with the history of agricultural brownfields. The empirical part is focused on the analysis of the current state of brownfields in the Moravian-Silesian Region. With the help of semi-structured qualitative interviews with actors of successfully implemented brownfields, two case locations are presented. The main factors and obstacles that influence the success of brownfields regeneration in the Moravian-Silesian Region were derived from the resulting survey. Finally, possible measures and procedures for further regeneration are also presented
