Turková, T. Vnitřní kontrolní systém, interní audit a jejich význam pro externí ověření účetní závěrky, Brno: Mendelova univerzita v Brně, 2021. Bakalářská práce se zabývá nastavením vnitřního kontrolního systému v organizaci, internímu auditu a externímu auditu. V teoretické části je popsán vnitřní kontrolní systém, interní audit, externí audit a vztahy mezi nimi. V praktické části je představeno oděvní družstvo XY. Zvoleným metodickým nástrojem v této práci je osobní šetření. Toto osobní šetření probíhalo na základě rozhovorů s ekonomickým oddělením družstva. Na základě zjištěných poznatků z kapitoly zhodnocení současného vnitřního kontrolního systému a osobního šetření jsou analyzovány rizika, které mohou ohrožovat správné fungování vnitřního kontrolního systému. Dále jsou uvedeny silné a slabé stránky, které byly ve vnitřním kontrolním systému identifikovány. Na základě zhodnocení, analýzy rizik a silných a slabých stránek jsou navrhnuta opatření pro družstvo XY, která povedou ke zlepšení, zefektivnění a eliminaci slabých stránek vnitřního kontrolního systému. Brno: Mendelova university in Brno, 2021 The bachelor’s thesis deals with the setting up of the internal control system in an organizations, internal audit and audit of financial statements. The theoretical part describes the internal control system, internal audit, external audit and the relationships between them. In the practical, the XY clothing team is introduced. The chosen methodological tool in this work is a personal survey. This personal investigation is based on interviews with the economic department of the cooperative. Based on detailed findings from the chapters, the current internal control system and personal investigation analyze the risks that may disrupt the proper functioning of the internal control system. The following are the strengths and weaknesses that have been identified in internal control system. Based on the analysis and strengths and weaknesses, measures are proposed for the XY team, which says to improve, streamline and eliminate the weaknesses of the internal control sys-tem.
