Dizertační práce formuluje strategické doporučení pro penzijní fondy na trhu v České republice v souvislosti s plánovanou reformou důchodového systému a související transformací penzijních fondů na penzijní společnosti. Formulovaná doporučení jsou rozdělena na obchodní doporučení pro rok 2012 a na obchodní doporučení zaměřené na start důchodové reformy od 1. 1. 2013. Dizertační práce také přináší přehled dopadů důchodové reformy na jednotlivé tržní entity. V neposlední řadě také přináší přehlednou formou zpracovanou analýzu důchodových systémů ve světě a genezi vývoje důchodového systému v České republice. PhD thesis formulates strategic recommendations for the pension funds on the market in the Czech Republic in connection with the planned reform of the pension system and pension funds related to the transformation of the pension company. Formulated recommendations are divided into business recommendations for the year 2012 and the business-oriented recommendations on pension reform starting 1 first the 2013th. Dissertation also provides an overview of impact of the pension reform on the individual market entities. Last but not least, bring arranged in the form of prepared analysis of pension systems in the world and the genesis of the development of the pension system in the Czech Republic.
