Bakalářská práce se zabývá marketingovou komunikací firmy Škoda Auto a.s. V teoretické části jsou vysvětleny základní pojmy jako marketingová komunikace, komunikační mix a také nové nástroje marketingové komunikace, kterými jsou mobilní marketing, virální marketing nebo influencer marketing. V praktické části je seznámení s firmou Škoda Auto, její konkurenční prostředí a komunikační mix. Dále je v práci zahrnuto dotazníkové šetření, jehož poznatky byly následně využity v návrhové části, která se nachází v další kapitole. V návrhové části byly vytvořeny návrhy na zlepšení marketingové komunikace Škody Auto, které následně pove-dou ke zvýšení prodejů a tržeb. Bachelor thesis deals with the marketing communication of the company Škoda Auto a.s. The theoretical part explains the basic concepts of marketing communi-cation, communication mix and also new communication tools like mobile market-ing, viral marketing or influencer marketing. In the practical part is described the company Škoda Auto a.s. its competitors and communication mix. Also is in practi-cal part included questionnaire survey whose findings were subsequently used in the new communication strategy part, which is in the next chapter after practical part. In the chapter of new communication strategy were made suggestions for improving the marketing communication that will increase sales and revenue of the company Škoda Auto a.s.
