Bachledová, T. Aplikace CRM systému do vybraného podniku. Bakalářská práce. Brno, 2020. Předmětem bakalářské práce je vybrat systémové řešení, které by nejvíce vyhovo-valo požadavkům firmy TREND servis s.r.o. na základě analýzy současné situace podniku. V teoretické části jsou vymezeny základní teoretické poznatky nutné ke zpracování vnitropodnikové a vnější analýzy podniku. Vnitřní analýza popisuje samotnou firmu a současnou problematiku v oblasti informačních systémů. Vnější analýza se zabývá zkoumáním mikro a makroprostředí, kritérii pro výběr vhodného CRM sys-tému. Následuje samotné zavádění systému a závěr práce. Závěr práce obsahuje shrnutí mého pozorování na proces tvorby a možné vylepšení podniku. Bachledová, T. The subject of the bachelor thesis is to choose a system solution that would best suit the requirements of TREND servis s.r.o. based on the analysis of the current situation of the company. The theoretical part defines the basic theoretical knowledge necessary for the processing of internal and external analysis of the company. The internal analysis describes the company itself and current issues in the field of information systems. The external analysis deals with examining the micro and macro environment, criteria for selecting a suitable CRM system. Then the actual implementation of the system and the conclusion of the work follow. The conclusion of the thesis contains a summary of my observations on the process of creating and possible improvements of the company.
