Cílem diplomové práce je zjistit a porovnat postoj žáků, rodičů a kolegů k začínajícím učitelům z pohledu začínajících učitelů. S čím vším se může začínající učitel potkat ze strany svých kolegů, ale i žáků a rodičů. Teoretická část se odvíjí od stanoveného cíle. Jsou zde shrnuty základní informace týkající začínajících učitelů. Dále obsahuje kapitoly věnující se potřebám začínajícího učitele a jeho uvedení do praxe. V praktické části jsou shrnuty výsledky zjištěné pomocí dotazníkového šetření, které se soustředilo na obavy začínajícího učitele, práci s uvádějícím učitelem a dále postoje kolegů, žáků a rodičů k začínajícímu učiteli z pohledu začínajícího učitele. The aim of the thesis is to find out and compare the attitude of pupils, parents and colleagues towards beginning teachers from the point of view of beginning teachers. All of which a beginning teacher can encounter from his colleagues, as well as pupils and parents. The theoretical part depends on the set goal. Basic information regarding beginning teachers is summarized here. It also contains chapters related to the needs of the beginning teacher and his introduction to practice. The practical part summarizes the results obtained by means of a questionnaire survey, which focused on the concerns of the beginning teacher, work with the experienced tutor, and also the attitudes of colleagues, pupils and parents towards the beginning teacher from the beginning teacher's point of view.
