Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá důležitou rolí všeobecných sester v primární péči v ordinacích praktických lékařů. Teoretická část poskytuje komplexní přehled o definici primární péče, rolích sester a klíčových aspektech souvisejících s tímto tématem. V praktické části je prezentován kvalitativní výzkum, který byl realizován pomocí polostrukturovaného rozhovoru a skrytého zúčastněného pozorování osmi informantek, pracujících v ordinacích praktických lékařů. Práce se zaměřuje na dva hlavní cíle: popsat úlohu všeobecné sestry v primární péči o dospělé pacienty a popsání problematické oblasti v primární péči o dospělé pacienty z pohledu všeobecných sester. Na základě cílů byly vytvořeny i dvě výzkumné otázky: Jaká je úloha všeobecných sester v primární péči o dospělé pacienty a s jakými problematickými oblastmi se sestry setkávají v primární péči o dospělého pacienta. Z výsledků výzkumného šetření vyplývá, že práce všeobecných sester je nejen mimořádně náročná, ale také nenahraditelná, přičemž plněním různých rolí, například edukátorky či manažerky, přispívají k celkovému zdraví pacientů. Dále bylo zjištěno, že sestry čelí specifickým problémovým oblastem, jako jsou například nedostatečné materiální zajištění pro edukaci pacientů a časové omezení pro jejich péči. Tato bakalářská práce přispívá k hloubkovému porozumění aspektům primární péče ze strany všeobecných sester a otevřeně nastavuje prostor pro další výzkum zaměřený na zlepšení podmínek a kvality péče v tomto důležitém segmentu zdravotní péče. This bachelor thesis examines the important role of general nurses in primary care in GP practices. The theoretical section provides a comprehensive overview of the definition of primary care, the roles of nurses and key aspects related to this topic. The practical part presents qualitative research that was conducted using semi-structured interviews and covert participant observation of eight informants working in GP practices. The thesis focuses on two main objectives: to describe the role of the general nurse in the primary care of adult patients and to describe a problem area in the primary care of adult patients from the perspective of general nurses. Based on the objectives, two research questions were also developed: what is the role of general nurses in primary care of adult patients and what are the problem areas encountered by nurses in primary care of adult patients. The results of the research investigation show that the work of general nurses is not only extremely challenging but also irreplaceable, and by fulfilling various roles, such as educator or manager, they contribute to the overall health of patients. It was also found that nurses face specific problem areas such as inadequate material provision for patient education and time constraints for patient care. This bachelor thesis contributes to an in-depth understanding of aspects of primary care by general nurses and openly sets the stage for further research aimed at improving the conditions and quality of care in this important segment of healthcare.
