Cílem této práce bylo stimulovat buněčné linie IC-21 a PMJ2-R vybranými ligandy TLR, konkrétně LPS, LTA, FLAG a POLY(I:C). Citlivost jednotlivých buněčných linií na tyto stimulační látky byla hodnocena pomocí qRT-PCR, ELISA a průtokové cytometrie. The aim of this work was to stimulate cell lines IC-21 and PMJ2-R cell with selected TLR ligands, namely LPS, LTA, FLAG and POLY(I:C). The sensitivity of each cell line to these stimulatory agents was assessed by using qRT-PCR, ELISA and Flow Cytometry.
