Předmětem bakalářské práce je vytvoření návrhu didaktické transformace tématu otrav těžkými kovy pro 8. a 9. ročník základních škol a odpovídající ročníky víceletých gymnázií. Teoretická část se zabývá těžkými kovy, jejich využitím a toxicitou. Pozornost byla rovněž věnována historickým a socio-kulturním souvislostem. Dále je diskutováno zařazení poznatků v kontextu vzdělávacích oblastí, jak je definuje Rámcový vzdělávací program pro základní vzdělávání. V praktické části je popsán postup řešení. Nejprve bylo vytvořeno 5 autorských pracovních listů. Každý se tematicky soustředil na jeden z vybraných těžkých kovů (rtuť, kadmium, olovo, arsen a thallium). Následně byl navržený didaktický postup odzkoušen v podmínkách běžné školní praxe. Didaktická sonda proběhla na ZŠ Máj I v Českých Budějovicích. Celkem se výzkumu zúčastnilo 72 žáků (tři školní třídy 8. ročníku). Zhodnocení bylo provedeno dotazníkovou metodu. Žáci se v dotazníku vyjádřili k uskutečněnému výukovému postupu, v jehož rámci byly pracovní listy užity. Vybrané didaktické aspekty hodnotili na bodové škále od 1 do 5. Výsledky poskytly orientační vhled na vztah žáků k předmětu chemie, jejich názor na autorské pracovní listy a na použití této výukové metody obecně. This bachelor thesis focuses on the subject of heavy metal toxicity and proposes a possible transformation of this topic into teaching materials for grades 8 and 9 of Czech primary schools and respective grades of multi-year general secondary schools. In its theoretical section, this thesis focuses on heavy metals, their usage, and toxicity with attention on the history and sociocultural context surrounding them. A discussion regarding the integration of these findings into multiple educational areas as they are defined by the Framework Educational Programme for Basic Education follows. The research section of this thesis then focuses on the process of creation of 5 original worksheets, each focusing on one of the heavy metals selected in the previous part (mercury, cadmium, lead, arsenic, and thallium). The final worksheets were then distributed to 72 pupils (three 8th grade classes in total) of ZŠ Máj I in České Budějovice to serve as a test run of the proposed material. The pupils then evaluated the worksheets and their usage using a supplied questionnaire. They then graded selected aspects of the materials on a scale of 1 to 5. The results of this research revealed an insight into the pupil's relationship with the subject of chemistry as well as their opinion on the general usage of worksheets in class.
