Téma bakalářské práce je "Vliv soli na obezitu dětí". Obezita je jedním z civilizačních onemocnění a na jejím vzniku se podílí řada faktorů. Jedním z faktorů je právě nadbytečný příjem soli. Teoretická část práce se zabývá popisem mikronutrientů, které sůl tvoří, tj. sodík a chlor. Významnou součástí je i draslík, jehož příjem společně s příjmem soli má vliv na zdraví člověka. Teoretická část se dále zabývá solí, stručně popisuje historii soli, její roli v jídelníčku a vliv na obezitu a krevní tlak. Další část popisuje charakteristiky výživy dětí mladšího školního věku. Jmenuje jednotlivé skupiny živin, které jsou pro stravu dětí důležité a věnuje se výživovým doporučením dodržujícím zásady zdravého životního stylu. Poslední část teorie se věnuje dětské obezitě. Popisuje, jak hlavní zásady prevence obezity, její komplikace a věnuje se také její léčbě. Praktická část práce se zabývá analýzou jídelníčku obézních dětí. Cílem práce je zjistit denní příjem soli. Jídelníčky byly propočteny v programu Nutriservis. Kromě makronutrientů byl zjištěn i příjem soli. Denní příjem soli jednotlivých respondentů přesahoval doporučené denní množství. Kromě soli se také vyhodnotily hodnoty krevního tlaku respondentů. Byla potvrzena souvislost mezi nadměrným příjmem soli a výší krevního tlaku. The topic of bachelor's thesis is "Effects of salt on obesity in children". Obesity is one of the diseases of affluence and to its emergence contribute several factors. One of those factors is salt intake. Theoretical part of the thesis deals with describing micronutrients which salt consists of, sodium and chloride. An important part plays also potassium, intake of which together with the intake of salt influences the human health. Next, the theoretical part deals with salt, briefly describing its history, its role in one's diet and and its effect on obesity and blood pressure. The next part describes the characteristics of school children's diet. Stating individual groups of nutrients which are important for children's diet and describes nutrition recommendation following the rules of a healthy life style. The last part of the theory deals with childhood obesity. It describes the key rules of obesity prevention, the complications of obesity and writes about its treatment. The practical part of the thesis deals with analysing obese children's meal plans. The aim of the thesis is to find out the daily intake of salt. The meal plans were analysed using the programme Nutriservis. Apart from macronutrients, the intake of salt was also calculated. Daily intake of individual respondents was significantly higher than the recommended daily intake. The values of respondents' blood pressure were also evaluated. The link between excess intake of salt and increased blood pressure was conformed.
