Tématem bakalářské práce je "Hodnocení a význam tumor budding v kolorektálním karcinomu". Ve své práci se zaměřuji jak na teoretické základy znalosti tlustého střeva a kolorektálního karcinomu, tak i na metodiku zpracování histopatologického materiálu a metodiku hodnocení tumor budding v tomto typu nádorové tkáně. Kolorektální karcinom patří k jedné z nejčastějších malignit jak ve světě, tak i v České republice. Včasnou diagnostikou, tedy prevencí a screeningem, lze kolorektální karcinom podchytit v začátcích onemocnění, a tím docílit lepší prognózy onemocnění. Bakalářská práce se zabývala analýzou tumor buddingu ve tkáni kolorektálního karcinomu srovnáním jeho hodnocení mezi preparáty barvenými hematoxylin eosinomem a preparáty barvenými imunohistochemicky pomocí protilátky cytokeratin 20. Dalším cílem bylo poukázat na potenciální prognostický význam tumor buddingu na základě jeho korelace s tumor grade. The topic of my bachelor thesis is "Evaluation and significance of tumor budding in colorectal carcinoma". In my thesis I focus on the theoretical basis of knowledge of the colon and colorectal cancer, as well as on the methodology of histopathological material processing and the methodology of tumor budding evaluation in this type of tumor tissue. Colorectal cancer is one of the most common diagnoses both in the world and in the Czech Republic. By early diagnosis, which prevention and screening, colorectal cancer can be detected in the early stages of the disease and thus a better prognosis can be achieved. The bachelor's thesis focused on the analysis of tumor budding in colorectal carcinoma tissue comparing its assessment between hematoxylin and eosin stained preparations and immunohistochemically stained preparations using cytokeratin 20 antibody. Another objective was to highlight the potential prognostic significance of tumor budding based on its correlation with tumor grade.
