V posledních letech je vývoj zdravotnické techniky ve zdravotnických laboratořích velmi aktuálním tématem. Metody stanovení analytů se více automatizovaly. Je kladen velký důraz na hodnocení kvality na jednotlivých zdravotnických pracovištích. Pomocí automatizace metod stanovení je vyšetření vzorků prováděno za kratší čas a vydávané výsledky jsou přesnější. Tato práce se věnuje tématu verifikace akreditovaných analytických metod pro stanovení glukózy a cholesterolu, která je podstatnou složkou systému kontroly kvality v procesu akreditace zdravotnických laboratoří. Analyt glukóza je stanovován pomocí enzymatické referenční metody s hexokinázou a analyt cholesterol je analyzován metodou enzymatického kolorimetrického testu pomocí účinků cholesterol esterázy a cholesterol oxidázy. Měření jsou prováděna na analyzátoru Alinity c od firmy Abbott Laboratories, s.r.o. diagnostics division. Pro účel procesu verifikace jsou realizována opakovaná měření kontrolních vzorků v čase a v sérii. K tomu využíváme kontrolní materiály pro interní kontrolu kvality (měření v čase) a externí kontrolu kvality (pro měření v sérii). Z těchto naměřených hodnot a následného statistického vyhodnocení vyplývá, že obě analytické metody jsou vhodné ke klinickému využití ve zdravotnické laboratoři Synlab v Českých Budějovicích a proces verifikace byl úspěšný. In recent years, the development of medical technology in medical laboratories has been a topical issue. Methods for the determination of analytes have become more automated. There is a great emphasis on quality assessment at individual medical workplaces. With the automation of determination methods, sample testing is performed in less time and the issued results are more accurate. This paper focuses on the topic of verification of accredited analytical methods for glucose and cholesterol determination, which is an essential component of the quality control system in the accreditation process of medical laboratories. The analyte glucose is determined by the enzymatic reference method with hexokinase and the analyte cholesterol is analysed by the enzymatic colorimetric assay method using the effects of cholesterol esterase and cholesterol oxidase. The measurements are performed on an Alinity c analyser from Abbott Laboratories, Ltd. diagnostics division. For the purpose of the verification process, repeated measurements of control samples are made over time and in a batch. Control materials for internal quality control (measurements in time) and external quality control (batch measurements) are used, respectively. These measurements and the subsequent statistical evaluation show that both analytical methods are suitable for clinical use in the Synlab medical laboratory in České Budějovice and that the verification process was successful.
