Karcinom těla děložního patří mezi nejčastěji se vyskytující nádory ženského pohlavního ústrojí. Počet vyskytujících se případů neustále stoupá, avšak díky pokrokům a novým diagnostickým metodám, je jejich diagnostika časnější. Teoretická část obsahuje anatomický a histologický popis dělohy, základní typy nádorů těla děložního, možnosti jejich diagnostiky, léčby a preventivní opatření. Cílem mé praktické části je zjistit výskyt jednotlivých typů nádoru těla děložního v průběhu 10letého sledování. Jak jejich diagnostiku, především časnost, ovlivnily vyšetřovací metody a pravidelné gynekologické preventivní prohlídky. Dále chci posoudit, jak se v průběhu 10 let mění zastoupení jednotlivých patologických stavů, kdy jsou maligní nádory diagnostikovány. Data se pokusím zjistit z archivu oddělení histologie a patologie. Výsledky následně shrnu do grafů. Dále se budu podílet na zpracování 3 různých děložních nádorů, kdy na základě makropopisu, zhodnotím následný postup přikrojení a barvení, dle typu nádoru. Na základě vstupních informací vytvořím pracovní hypotézu, zda se jedná o benigní či maligní karcinom. Poté budou mé výsledky zhodnoceny lékařem, který posoudí, zda mé postupy byly správné. Carcinoma of the uterine corpus is one of the most common tumors of the female reproductive system. The number of occurring cases is constantly increasing, but thanks to advances and new diagnostic methods, their diagnosis is earlier. The theoretical part contains an anatomical and histological description of the uterus, the basic types of tumors of the uterine body, the possibilities of their diagnosis, treatment and preventive measures. The aim of my practical part is to determine the occurrence of individual types of uterine body tumor during a 10year follow-up. How their diagnosis, especially timeliness, was influenced by examination methods and regular gynecological preventive examinations. I will also assess how the representation of individual pathological conditions, when malignant tumors are diagnosed, changes over the course of 10 years. I will try to find the data from the archives of the Department of Histology and Pathology. I will then summarize the results in graphs. Next, I will participate in the processing of 3 different uterine tumors, when based on the macro description, I will evaluate the subsequent cutting and staining procedure, according to the type of tumor. Based on the input information, I will create a working hypothesis as to whether it is a benign or malignant cancer. After that, my results will be evaluated by a doctor who will judge whether my procedures were correct.
